Home to the outcasts, exiled, and rebels, Los Santos represents a safe haven for those unworthy of most havens. They provide a second chance to those who have run out of chances. They believe themselves to be righteous, and inflict a lethal justice when they deem it necessary- which is quite often. Los Santos is a drug-trafficking gang with a violent streak. Though they do not blink an eye when breaking bones, they only inflict punishment to those they deem worthy of it. They are a chaotic good aligned group, determining what is right and what is wrong- and if they deem you wrong, they will deliver wrath. They live by the saying, "I do very bad things, and I do them very well." With an air of sophistication, Los Santos is a very organized criminal empire, their tactics dirty, but their cleanup flawless. They pride themselves on only getting caught when they want to get caught, and when they do, it's usually very obvious by their signature blood spill. Despite their self-indulgent habits and lifestyle, their bond with one another is of the upmost importance to their success, and any hint of betrayal will surely end in bloodspill. If you want to rock with them, you better know what you're getting into. A culture heavily invested in Roman Catholicism, drugs, violence, gambling, and brotherhood. A twisted idea of lethal justice prevails here, a justice they execute very well. They are notorious for their taste for revenge- if you fuck with them, you'll get fucked over eventually. They are excellent manipulators and liars and will do what they must to deliver justice so long as they do so together. Los Santos is a place of no return.

the terrain description

The gang resides in a worn down, Spanish-style architectural city. The city spans for only about 10 miles, made up of bumpy roads, small shops, and faded pastel exteriors. Towards the center of this city stands a small hotel of a mere 5 floors, lit up by flickering neon lights. This is where Los Santos truly lives. The hotel is dark inside, with only neon lights and scattered candles lighting the way. It's walls are painted blood red, it's floors creaky wood, and it's aura unwelcoming unless you're familiar with its twisting corridors and odd fixtures. The hotel takes up such an unnerving appearance that it's rumored to be haunted. Whether or not it truly is, some residents swear they've been visited by these spirits in the night before. Be sure to keep a light on if you're faint of heart. The members are free to select whichever uninhabited room they like, with no real regulations as to who resides where. Rooms are often decorated by their guests, personalized to feel more domestic. Down the street from the hotel lays a cemetery, old, yet in good condition. Los Santos has a lot of respect for the dead, and this cemetery is seen as a violence-free area. They tend to the yards, cleaning it of any trash or waste and maintaining it's appearance. Any nuisance caused in the cemetery is an insult and will result in sharp consequences. Los Santos buries their own lost ones here as well, so any disturbances are seen as dishonoring insults to their lost ones. The city is mostly all crumbling and useless abandoned buildings, but their territory lines span until the ends of the city, which are lined with simple chainlink fencing. The very tops of the fencing are lined with a few human skulls- either scavenged or created by Los Santos' members is for their visitors to decide. Woodlands stretch around the city, surrounding the area for the most part. These woodlands are rumored to be haunted. They say if you listen closely enough, you can hear the trees whispering. Whether this is talk or not is for yourself to decide. Los Santos is filled with many wandering dogs, though these dogs are not simply strays. The group breeds and trains protection dogs diligently. These are large, powerful breeds, like cane corsos, pits, german shepherds, etc. that they train to attack on command and to protect the members of Los Santos. These dogs are honored and loved greatly by the group, and any danger inflicted upon them is greatly punishable.

Los Santos has it's own unique religion inspired by Spanish Roman Catholicism. The group believes in a God, but perhaps a different God than most of the old religion. They believe they are doing God's work by cleaning the streets up of those they deem worthy of their bullets. God is of less importance to the living, though, and due to his lack of tactile reality and amount of prayers addressed to him, Los Santos' religion focuses moreso on idolizing select patron saints- holy persons deemed to be a communication line between people and God. Los Santos only recognizes certain saints, though- ones their ideals match up with. This often means these 'saints' are moreso sinners. These saints are celebrated in the group and looked up to as protectors and overwatchers of their fate. Major saints have a celebration Los Santos honors upon certain dates, personalized to these saints' patronage. Recognized saints are listed below along with their celebration information. LA SANTA MUERTE "Saint Death," a condemned saint by the Church, she is a patron saint for all criminals. Los Santos recognizes her as the most important of their saints, and the most divine. She is seen as their guide after death. She is celebrated on November 2, the last day of the dead, and to honor her, a great festival is thrown to celebrate the day of the dead and honor their lost ones. SAINT JESUS MALVERDE The patron saint of drug dealers. He is viewed as a protector of dealers and Los Santos believes he gives them luck with drug deals and allows them to grow and create drugs with skill. Celebrated May 3rd, the day he died, and is celebrated with a party filled with narcotics and alcohol and riches. Not one for the kids. SAINT JULIAN THE HOSPITALLER Patron saint of murderers. Los Santos believes he protects them from danger and death as they take the life of others, and enables them to do so successfully. He is celebrated February 12th, and is honored by the commencing of a manhunt, either as to who can tally the most kills, or who can kill a target first, dependent on the number of targets they have that year. SAINT JOAQUINA VEDRUNA DE MAS Patron saint of exiles and against the death of children. She is seen as the guide of exiles and outcasts to find Los Santos, and thus they repay her with their code of protecting children and never harming them. SAINT TERESA OF ÁVILA Patron saint of sickness and of those in need of grace. They pray to her when one of their own is ill, or when they find themselves in need of grace for whatever personal reason. St. JUDE THADDEUS Patron saint of lost causes, also known in Mexico as the patron of criminals and prisoners. She represents a hope for Los Santos and offers them a forgiveness and they believe she is their pardoner for their sins as well as Saint Teresa of Ávila- these two go hand in hand.

LORD Short for druglord. The top dog of the gang, the Lord represents leadership, and thus deals with the responsibilities of the group as an entirety. They have the final say in all decisions and are responsible for the gang's safety and actions. Feminine holders of this rank may go by Lady.    - VESANIA, played by @timothy CARDINAL The second-in-command. They advise the Lord and act as a step in for them when not available. Entrusted with the gang's future and manages the members and is heavily involved in politics and overseeing the daily functions of the group. Will step up as Lord if anything were to happen to the previous.    - TBD, played by N/A HEADHUNTERS The very top fighters, dealers, and overall impactful community members. These are trusted members of the group that are sure to one day lead. They are the leaders of the community and serve as examples as to what is expected in the gang. Rule enforcers and advocates for the gang members.    - TBD, played by N/A DOCTOR Just as stated. The medical go-to in the gang. A god at patching bullet wounds and helping keep these gunhappy criminals alive.    - TBD, played by N/A DOCTOR'S APPRENTICE Trainee in the medicine field. These are aspiring doctors and help keep the members well and safe.    - TBD, played by N/A HITMEN Proven fighters of the group, they are the strength of the gang. Los Santos plays their political cards with care. Alliances are honored and enemies are ravaged. Los Santos provides fierce protection to those they ally with, and are strong, loyal allies to have.
