FLINTLOCK HIGH POSITIONS TRYOUTS
« on: July 28, 2018, 02:33:59 PM »
Hellow everyone and welcome to the Flintlock Lodge HP tryouts thread! This is an effort to get some activity flowing through the group. Each rank is listed below, along with a form I'll need you to fill out if you're interested. If you're new, and you're not sure what to expect from Flintlock, check out our guide! http://www.bearbonesrp.com/index.php?topic=18518.0

Co-Director [HP]:
Second in command. Like the Director, they're responsible for almost everything in the group, from leading raids (when the Director allows it), to conducting weekly tasks and patrols, to greeting new members and allowing them entrance. The Co-Director becomes the Director when necessary.

Supervisors [HP]:
Third in command. There can be a maximum of three. Supervisors look over the group and make sure the semi-hps are doing their jobs. They also have the job of accepting newcomers into the group.

Sentries [Semi-HP]:
The guards of Flintlock Lodge. They're the combat division. They patrol the streets and are the front line in raids. Sentries are usually the first to greet newcomers, and challenge dangerous looking outsiders. They're responsible for making sure the streets remain safe, and will break up fights when necessary. They also hold combat training sessions and exercises.

Doctors [Semi-HP]:
The medical division of Flintlock Lodge. They're responsible for the physical and mental well-being of the population. They tend to injuries, hold occasional check-ups, and host medical training sessions to teach the importance of first-aid and other medical related things.

Mentors [Semi-HP]:
Mentors are the general division of Flintlock Lodge. They're not responsible for anything in particular, as the Mentors rank isn't considered a specialization. Instead, these members were simply active and dedicated enough to warrant a promotion of some kind. They usually greet newcomers and offer them tours, and teach newcomers about what to expect from the group.

Here's the form to fill out if you're interested in an HP!

To prevent people from getting a rank and then going inactive a few days later, these will be chosen IC during meetings. If you want your character to earn a rank, you must be active for at least a week IC. OOC, I'm looking for someone both active and friendly in the community.
