HEAD HELD HIGH / SEPTEMBER GATHERING
« on: September 02, 2018, 10:06:16 PM »
Fourtrees is quiet for now, only the wind rustling the slowly falling leaves of the oak trees. Leaf-fall had crept up on the Clans, and the night has certainly turned cold. Perhaps a sense of dread is beginning to creep up on some of the cats that slowly slip between the oak trees. Would their food supply hold out through leaf-bare? Would the kits born a few months ago be strong enough to survive the winter? Something about the very air seems unsettling, but the moon still shines strong as the first cats settle in to greet each other and wait for the Gathering to fully begin. The night's ceremonies would progress as planned once the others arrived, that much they could be sure of.
